Following are results of games played in the North Island championships: Men’s singles.—V. Colltnge beat R. S Galyer (Dannevirke), 18 —15, 15 —7 ; J. Payton (Masterton) beat H. R., Dingle (Dannevirke), 15 —10, 15 —7 ; 0 Grant (Masterton) lieat R. Sharpe. 15—11 15 —6; N. Wilson beat J. Glenny, 15 —4, 15—1. Women’s singles.—Miss L. Hosking (Masterton) beat ' Miss J. D. Glenny, 11 —0. 11 —2; Mrs Mawson beat Miss M. Gienny, 14—13, 13—10. Mixed doubles.—J. Payton and Miss P- Dixon heat YV. Read and Miss J. Lassen, 15—18, 15 —11, 15 — 6; H. M.
