THREE EXECUTIONS.
ANNOUNCEMENT IN BERLIN,
Received August 17, 9.10 a.m. BERLIN, Aug. 16. The usual pink posters on the advertising pillars in the streets announce three executions this morning. The persons executed are: Erich John Herman and John Cousins, who allegedly betrayed State secrets relating to the army to a foreign intelligence service, and Wilhelm 1' ill for alleged Communist activities.
