ASHHURST.
(From Our Own Correspondent.) ASIIHURST. Aug. 17. On Saturday members of the Ashhurst Defence Rifle Chib fired a practice shoot over the 500 and 600 yards ranges. The afternoon was fine with a light wind, which increased in strength. Taking advantage of tho early conditions, J. Soarle and C. W. Turner put, up tho great performance of dropping only two points between them. The best shoot of the day however, went to S. J.
