TENNIS BY TELEVISION.
EXPERIMENTS AT WIMBLEDON.
Television has been given a fillip so far as the British public is concerned hy the televising of Wimbledon tennis. In a certain area of London the play was clearly seen in some sots. It is eight months since the service was introduced in London, and the progress in the workshops has been steady and remarkable. How remarkable will he seen at the Radio Exhibition to he held at Olympia from August 25 to September 4. Prices to-day begin at £6O a set, and it is unlikely that any reduction will he announced yet. It is estimated that twice as many firms will be exhibiting sets as at the previous exhibition.
