STOPPING THE LOOPHOLES. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Aug. 12. Proposals to check the activities of share-pushers and sharc-liawkers are contained in the report of a departmental committee, of which Sir Archibald Bodkin was chairman, now issued. Various recommendations are made for filling various loopholes in the existing Taw with the object of making fraudulent dealing as difficult and as dangerous as possible, one of the main suggestions being that no one shall in future be allowed to transact business unless he is registered as such a dealer or legally exempted from registration.
