Messrs Abraham and Williams, Eld., report holding a highly successful clearing sale of dairy cows, pips, etc., on account of Mr W. Ward. Kimbolton Road, Podding. The cows, which came forward in excellent condition, being well into the Jersey, clceo to calving, commanded keen competition, all the good early calving cows selling at from £3 to £l2 10s, later calving sorts £6 to £8 10s. The largo offering of sows to farrow also 6old under keen competition.
