UNUSUAL MISHAP.
DAMAGES CLAIM FAILS. Per Press Association. WELLINGTpN. Aug. 11. An unusual mishap! in Wellington Hospital in November last was the basis of a claim for £1212 19s 6d made in the Supreme Court to-day by Cecil Naylor Palmer. motor mechanic, against the Wellington Hospital. As an out-patient, plaintiff slipped on the polished floor and injured his left thigh, for a previous fracture of which he had come to receive treatment. The jury brought in a verdict for the board." “We are all agreed it was just an unfortunate accident,” said the foreman.
