FLOWER CULTURE.
PALAIERSTON NORTH SOCIETY. A meeting of the committee' of th# Palmerston North Horticultural Society was hold on Alondav, when Air A. AY. Just presided over a good attendance, The chairman reported the result of a conference between delegates from the society and the Chrysanthemum Club regarding combined monthly meetings, stating that in future combined meetings would he held. The resignation of Air D. C. Pryor owing to his removal to AA'ellington was accepted with regret, and appreciation of his services was expressed. Judges and stewards in connection with the National Daffodil Show, t# be held at Palmerston North in September, were appointed, Sub-committee* were also appointed to deal with various matters in connection with tho Show.
