The Dutch Consul at Hull presented Captain A. J. Snowden, master of the Hull steamship Dewsbury, with a gold watch from the Dutch Government for rescuing the crew of the Dutch motorvessel Albion from heavy seas in the North Sea last October. Gifts of silver cigarette cases were made to the members of the lifeboat crew which effected tho rescue.
