BIRTH ON SAGHELIEN . DAIRY MILK UNAVAILABLE. Received August 10, 9.20 a.m. MOSCOW, Aug. 9. A peasant woman gave birth to day to quadruplets, all girls, in a. desolate part of Saghelien Island. There is no dairy milk available on the island and the Soviet Health Department is rushing refrigerated supplies from the mainland. Saghelien lies off the eastern coast of Siberia north of Ja.pan.
