PETITION FOR MAINTENANCE. A decree absolute in divorce was granted by His Honour the Chief .Justice (Sir Michael Myers) in the Supreme Court at Palmerston North, to-day, t«» Mrs Millicent Marie Seward, ol Palmerston North (Mr J. A. Grant), against William Henry Seward, builder, of Palmerston North (Mr P. E. Baldwin).' Dealing with an application for permanent maintenance, His Honour made an order for the. payment of £1 per week to petitioner, with £3 5s costs, and leave to apply later lor i variation or reduction.
