TWO ’PLANES COLLIDE.
ONE PILOT INCINERATED. •BRISBANE. Aug. 8. Tivo Gipsy Moth aeroplanes engaged in nil air race collided at an altitude of 200 feet to-day. One which crashed on the Rocklea Showground caught fire, and the pilot. Mr J>unean Ferguson, aged 35, was incinerated. The other ’’plane, although seriously damaged by the impact, was brought down safely on the Archerfield aerodrome by the pilot, Mr William Hill, who is suffering greatly from shock, but is uninjured.
