UNEMPLOYMENT DECLARATION. Per Press Association. -WANGANUI, Aug. 9. Before Mi' J. H. Salmon, S.M., Harold Byron Chandler, aged. 50, who registered J'or unemployment as married and had not been supporting liis wife for the past 23 years and who obtained £lßl from the Unemployment Fund to which he was not entitled, was fined £SO and also sentenced to 14 days’ imprisonment for making a false declaration.
