TO LEAVE BRITAIN
ORDERS TO NAZI JOURNALISTS. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received August 7, 1.54 p.m. LONDON, Aug. 7. The News-Chronicle says the Home Office has refused two correspondents of the Berlin newspaper Lokal Anzeiger, alsio the representative of the Graf Reichschach News Agency, permission to' 6tav in Britain, alleging “improper activities.” The News-Chronicle adds that when the British Government made the original complaint the Berlin authorities apparently assumed it was journalistic work which was disapproved of, hut Whitehall has now convinced them that the Nazi journalists have been at least indiscreet. Even espionage is suspected. Their case will presently be the subject of Anglo-German negotiations.
