OBITUARY.
MRS A. J. YOULE. A pioneer of the Forty Mile Bush, Mrs Aim Jane Youle, widow of Mr 'lhomas Tucker Youle, passed away at the residence of her son, Mr C. 0. Youle, Rohangina Road, Ashhurst, lass Saturday, at the age of 84 years. Born in Liverpool., England, she came to New Zealand with her husband and one son 60 years ago, and after residing at Wanganui and Wellington for some years, removed with her family to Eketahuna, where she resided for the greater part of her life. As a pioneer of the Forty Mile Bush she saw and endured all the hardships of those times. Of a quiet and unassuming disposition, sho endeared herself to all with whom she came in contact, and to her family of four sons she leaves behind a beautiful memory of self-sacrifice and devotion. The sons are Mr T. J. Youle (Feilding, late of Kiwitea), Mr F. Youle (Carterton), Mr C. (3. Youle (Ashhurst), and Mr H. Youle (Eketahuna). Besides her sons she leaves one sister, Mrs E. Gill, Western Lake, Feathorston, nine grandchildren and eight great-grand-children.
