STORMY WEATHER.
IN COOK STRAIT. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Aug. 7. The Rangatira was over an hour late in arriving at Lyttelton to-day owing to strong southerly weather on the coast. The vessel had 550 passengers on board.
