FILM STAR’S COURT CASE.
Deceived August 7, 8.5 a.m. LOS ANGELES, Aug. 6.
The Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Corporation has obtained from the Court a restraining order to prevent Freddie Bartholomew from accepting a contract with any other studio. Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer alleged that his aunt Myllicent was keeping him from performing in pictures for Metro-Goldwya-Mayer and threatening to place him under contract with a rival studio.
