TRADE WITH RUSSIA.
UNITED STATES TREATY.
Received August 7, 11.20 a.m. WASHINGTON, Aug. G. A new Russo-Ainerican commerce treaty for a year has been proclaimed, Russia agreeing to purchase at least forty million dollars’ worth or American goods in 1938. The United States is granting unconditional “most-favoured nation” treatment to Russia for the first time.
