BRILLIANT GARTER CEREMONY AT WINDSOR.-Last month King George and Queen Elizabeth, with other members of the Royal Family, attended the service of the Most Noble Order of the Garter, at St. George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle. It was the first gathering of the knights in the chapel for twenty-three years, and the ceremony provided rare pageantry. Their Majesties in the procession, in Garter robes.
