A RECIPE.

THREE-FRUIT AIARAIALADE.

One large grapefruit, two sweet oranges, two lemons, 21b of preserving sugar, one pint of water. Boil the fruit whole in water until tender. Leave to slightly cool, then peel all the fruit and put the peel through the mincer. Gut the fruit up and tie in a muslin. Using one pint of the water originally boiled, put this, the hag of fruit and the sugar into a preserving pan, and boil until it jellies—probably after about 45 minutes.
