PROHIBITION IN GERMANY. Received Julv 6, 10.35 a.m. BERLIN, July 5. An official decree prohibits Jews from sitting for medical degrees. A leading Heidelberg philosopher, Dr. Karl Jaspers, and Dr. Grisebach, professor of_art and history, have been dismissed “for simplification of the administration,” but it is known both have Jewish wives.
