ACTION BY NETHERLANDS. Received Julv 5. 9.35 a.m. AMSTERDAM, July 4. The ship Thorpe Hall, at present, under Basque charter, carrying gold securi-
ties besides general cargo for the South of Spain, lias been arrested at Flushing, where the police are protecting the cargo.
