INCIDENT OFF SANTANDER. Received July 5 11.2 a.in. SANTANDER, July 4. The Almirante Cervera four times fired on the French mercliantma.n Tregaslel and brought her to while attempting to enter the harbour, after which tho revel vessel Ciudad do Valencia took charge of the Tregastel and escorted her to Bilbao. ARREST OF SHIP. REASON FOR ACTION. Received July 5, 12.20 p.m. AMSTERDAM, ( July 4. At the request of a group of Spanish banks, the prosecutor of Middleburg, backed by a Dutch warship seized the Thorpe Hall, which is commanded by a British captain, but with a Spanish, crew, sent Iter to Flushing and confiscated twelve revolvers and a quantity of cartridges from the crow. The Thorpe Hall carries 130 eases of gold shares, bonds and jewellery estimated to be worth £150,000. allegedly taken front Bilbao banks before General Franco captured tho town. The Court will decide the disposition of tho cases.
