MINISTER ATTACKED. Received July 3. 1.00 p.m. BRUSSELS, July 2. A crowd of ex-soldiers and Fascists in a mob heat the Minister of Justice (M. de Leveleye), the sponsor of the amnesty legislation, when he was inspecting the Law Courts, which are in the course of erection at Mons. An assailant tore out a handful of M. de Leveleye’s hair. M. de Leveleye, battered and bleeding, accompanied hv his secretary, ran a hundred yards gauntlet to his car, in which lie accomplished a “retreat from Mons.”
