WINTER RACING
MANAWATU MEETING HUNT CUP TO TANGLED With beautiful weather prevailing, the Manawatu Racing Club’s winter meeting was held to-day on the Awapuni racecourse. Autumn-like conditions ruled, the . sun sinning down from an almost cloudless sky at the opening or the hxturo. There was a light wind blowing ihe track was in magnificent order, and fairly fast, never having been m e ei shape for a winter meeting.
