THE ALTITUDE RECORD.
A COAIFORTABLE FLIGHT. (British Official AVireless.) Received July 2, 11.15 a.m. RUGBY, July 1. Flight-Lieutenant Adam, who established the altitude record of 53.937 feet yesterday, stated that lie had been quite comfortable on the flight and everything worked perfectly. He admitted having made half a dozen flights of nearly 50,000 feet.
