WOMEN'S DIVISION.

IIALCOAIBE BRANCH

.At the June meeting of the Haicombe-Kakariki branch of the Women's Division of the Farmers’ Union there was a good attendance over which Airs E W. Barnett presided. One new member was enrolled, Mrs John Fergusson. Miss Symcs was welcomed as a visitor. Apologies for absence were received from Mrs N. Blunden and Airs McNae. Delegates elected to attend the Dominion Conference are Mrs Barnett and Mrs Sclmeren. Airs Duncan Simpson, of Alarton. who was unable to he present at this meeting for her talk on division matters, promised to attend in July. Afternoon tea was served by the hostesses, Airs Callingham, and juniors.
