TRANS-TASMAN ROUTE.
TENDERS FOR AIR SERVICE. Received Julv 1. 11.5 a.in. CANBERRA, July 1. An undertaking that the Commonwealth Government would call for tenders for the trans-Tasman air service before entering into negotiations with any company was given in the House of Representatives by the Acting-Min-ister of Defence (Air Thorby).
