The bout was preceded by an unexnected incident when a burly individual clambered into the ring, jostled aside the announcer and proclaimed loudly that he desired to challenge Blonifield. The intruder was recognised as a wrestler who appeared last season under the name of A 1 Wahll'erg and refereed in recent bouts as A 1 Dane. ; He was escorted from the ring by policemen.
