MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
CHARGE OF ASSAULT. / At the Magistrate’s Court this morning, before Mr J.. JU fetout, a man, whose name tfas ordered to be suppressed appeared on a charge that on or about March 17, he did commit common assault on a married v/o- - of the case as outlined by Detective-Sergeant Quirke were not disputed by accused, who was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence if called upon to do so within It months. .
