INSURRECTION PLANNED,
DISCOVERY BY ITALIAN POLICE.
Received May 1, 8.50 a.m. ROME, April 30. The Italian police have unearthed a Communist insurrection plot embracing Europe.—Sydney Sun cable MAY DAY COUP. SOVIET’S PLANS. LONDON. April 20. The Riga correspondent of the Times reports that documents have been discovered which indicate that the Soviet is planning a general coup in the Baltic provinces for May 1. The Governments concerned are taking what precautions are deemed necessary.
