DRAY DRIVER KILLED.

RESULT OF A CAPSIZE. NELSON, April 28. While James Rait, a settler residing at Owen, was taking a load of pigs to Murchison this morning, the dray capsized. Rait was caught between the horses and the vehicle and dragged some distance, his body being mutilated badly. Death was instantaneous.
