STONEY CREEK HALL.
ANNUAL MEETING. Tho annual meeting of the Stoney Creek Hall Committee was hold last night, when Mr R. Lloyd presided over a good attendance of members. A balance-sheet was presented and adopted, tho outcome of the year’s activities being considered very satisfactory. Tho following committee was elected for the ensuing year: Chairman, Mr 11. Lloyd; secretary, Mr AV. Hughes; members of committee, Messrs AV. McPhnil, S. Henaghan, J. Lancaster, C. Chester and E. Algar. Tho chairman and seorotary wero authorised to sign oheques and operate on tho bank account of tho commit.tco. It was decided to carry on the weekly dance functions which were a feature of the district’s social activities throughout last winter.
