CEREMONY ON THE REPULSE. LONDON, April 26. Aboard the Repulse the ceremony of crossing the line was successful. The Prince of Wales and staff were present, while hundreds of men were shaved and sent flying into a hath and ducked. The Prince of Wales received an address from “Father Neptune,” in which “Father Neptune” offered his daughter in marriage, the daughter being a tyeen "owned lad with a fighting face. The Prince of Wales replied declining the preferred bride in a humorous poem of his own composition.—Reuter.
