TRADE UNION CONGRESS.
LONDON, April 22. The General Council of the Trade Union Congress ratified the conclusions and recommendations of the Anglo-Rus-sian Conference. Further steps which the council may propose with tho object, of calling an international conference to secure a united front by European trade unions will require tin' endorsement of tho Trade Union Congress, which will meet at Scarborough in September.— Reuter.
