BELGIAN’S RELATIONS WITH « EXEAIY. BRUSSELS, April 20. The Court of Causation has quashed the penalty imposed on Baron Coppee, who on lllh February was ordered to pay twenty million francs damages for wartime trading with the enemy. Coppee last year was acquitted on a charge of supplying the Germans with the by-products of his coalmines, including benzol. —A. and N.Z. cable.
