Lyne to ask for some relief. Replying, the Minister said the first important measure next session would be an Anti-trust Bill. He knew that the International Harvester Trust and the Massey-Harris Co. held half the trade in agricultural implements. If they wanted Australia's trade they_ must come here and establish industries for themselves. He hoped to deal with the tariff the coming session. They had given the present tariff a good trial and it had failed. It was not a tariff of which the protectionist community could be proud.
