(Per Press Association) BLENHEIM, This Day. Counties. — Marlborough 7297, increase 779; Sounds 1091, increase 145. Boroughs.—Blenheim 3352, increase 130 ; Picton 995, increase 120. NEW PLYMOUTH, This day. Census returns show that the population of New Plymouth and the immediate suburbs is 7140, an increase of 1603, or nearly 30 per cent since 1901.
