Fires
(Per Press Association.) EKETAHUNA, This Day. A sawmill belonging to A. Falkner, Kaiparoro, was totally destroyed by fire yesterday morning. The fire was discovered near the engine room at 6.30 a.m., and had been smouldering for some time pieviously. A strong wind was blowing. Nothing was saved. It is supposed the insurance is about a third of the value. DUNEDIN, May 23. Dawse's coach factory was destroyed by fire this afternoon. A ten-roomed house adjoining, owned by T. B. Davis, was slightly damaged.
