E; Seaton, civil engineer, who went mto the box on Tuesday, continued, his evidence, under cross-examination. , His evidence dealt without exception to the; depths of the various drains, .the fall of the country and similar technical eta tails. /Witness was not finished with till just .before the luncheoD adjournment^' Mr Morrison re-examining on several points arising from Dr Findlay's crossexamination.
After luncheon native, witnesses-were called and they detailed several particulars in connection with the land and drainage previous to its sale to Europeans. (Left sitting-)..
