LONDON, Oct. 4."" General Stoessel agreed to an armis tice for several hours on Saturday to re move and bury the dead.
French advices state the Czar, has telegraphed mailing General Kurbpatkin Generalissimo of the Russian army. It is reported at Santiago that the Chilian warships were sold to Flint and Co., of New York, conditional on their not being delivered to Russia or Japan during war time.
