• Horowhenua yesterday defeated Old Boys B by two goals to one and thus win the shield and championship for 1904. .
The following players will journey to Wellington to represent Manawatu on Saturday next: - D. Fraser, F. Bell, E. McMm-ray, W. Crump, A. Sprenson, Horo, McKenzie, R. Fraser, TL. Sorenson, F. Burbush, T. H. Richards. The above team, with the exception of McKenzie, will visit Christehurch, .playing there on Thursday next.
