Annual Keport-

The annual report of the Palmerston North Bowling Club to be presented to the members at the annual meeting to be held at the pavilion on Monday ;Biglit,pointsoutthattheclub'srepresenta-tives-tied for second position in their section^ at the tournament, held at Auckland last summer. Last Easter a pairs tournament was held here and the final had to be decided between Woodville and Palmerston. Messrs Aiken and Reed won in the play off. The "directors have secured a large roller for the greens from Wanganui, and members can look forward to the rinks being in excellent order this year.. The thanks of the Club are due to the gentlemen who provided trophies for competition last year and also to the ladies for providing afternoon tea. "

Nash ■ hon. auditor, Mr G. W. Ravenhill'general committee (five), Messrs L Simmons, M. Cohen. N. H. Nash, A. Jack, W. Beck, and M. J. Kennedymatch committee (three), Messrs A. Jamu' F; iT" Bunting> and N. H. Nash. The following notices of motion have been tabled:

"That all future trophies be paid for out of. club funds."

"That no member be allo^-ed -to play in matches unless his bowls have been tested (as per Northern Bowline Association's rule)." °
