Australia and nullified the efforts to promote trade, the Federal Government has decided' that bona fide Japanese merchants, students and tourists, provided with properpassports, will bo 'allowed to. freely enter and travel throughout the Commonwealth. The passports to be- good for twelve months; If they desire a longer/stay they must obtain an exemption;
