Suffering From the Cold.
Received Sept. 26, at 8.54 a.m. ♦ . TOKIO, Sept. 25. Forty-four degrees, were registered' last night, causing serious discomfort to General Kuroki's army, which is khaki clad and sleeping outdoors. The supplies of winter clothing are now arriving.
. General Kuropatkin reports that the Japanese were inactive,along the entire Manchurian front on Thursday.
