Divorce Court.

In the Divorce Courfc, Wellington, on Friday, before Mr Justice Cooper, O.'garita Vitetta petitioned for a dissolutioa of her marriage with Joseph Vitetto, musician, on .the grounds of his aduUvy with a woman at Palmeraton North. The husband did not oppose the suit, and he went into the witness box and admitted tho allegation of adultery. Both he and the petitioner denied that tbtre had bean collusion in order to secure a divorce. His Honor made a decree nisi. The petitioner, who stated she was married before she was 16, 13 to haye the custody of the two children of the marriage, pend-ng the' further order of the Court.' Mr Loughnan appeared in support, of the petition.
