Kuropatkin Criticised.
War Correspondents Ordered Home.

French correspondents in St. Petersburg state that military circles criticise General Kuropatkin's tactics.
The Czar is disposed to accept the Minister for War's advice and order an offensive movement owing to the increasing demoralisation of the army. Owing to their differences with the •authorities, most of the Bussian war ■ em-respondents have been ordered home.
