Flanking Movement by Oku.
Capture of Forts
(Received^September 22, at 5.50 a.m.) LONDON, September 21.
The Japanese have left the vicinity of Liao. Their right rests on the mountains south-eastwards of Mukden.
General Oku is suspected of a flanking movements towards Siminting. The Daily Express states that General Kuropatkin, since tne 9th, has received, at^ Mukden, 75,000 picked troops from Western Russia; with 173 guns. .- ' Three armoured trains from Harbin proceeded south. .
The Japanese have captured two im-? portant forts adjacent to Shinshying.
