■7. .'■ (To the; Editor).;.: ■; Sis,—Can you inform me when the drawing for the prizes. in the Poultry: Association's art union took place, and also could you give the names and addresses of the prize winners, although 'I am a ware that Mr Mounsey was the secretary. I take it this is purely a public' matter, and the holders of tickets in the affair are entitled to know the names through the medium of the press.—Yours, etc., Ticket Holdek. ■
