The Chief Justice .ranted an injunction,_nt the instance or Thomas Mitchell, of AVangauui, restraining the jS'cw Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company and others from proceeding with the sain of the Aramoho Freezing Works and other properly of Mitchell, which was advertised to fake place al__ Wanganui on Saturday next by order oi tho mortgagor. L.avo is reserved to move to dissolve tho injunction on giving 24 hours' notice. Mitchell has also issued a writ against the Company, claiming £10,000 damage..
